WinTech ® provides on line partial discharge (PD) testing and monitoring systems to assess insulated condition of in-service power equipment, such as transformers, switchgear, power cables, generators, etc. WinTech ® products for "Predictive Intelligence" of the insulation system are classified as (1) PD Diagnostic Systems and (2) PD Sensors.
