輕軌是高雄大眾運輸版圖裡不可或缺的一環，然輕軌由於需透過高壓設備來供電發動，高壓設備容易因絕緣體的破壞，產生局部放電。 持續性的局放將對高壓設備產生不容忽視的危險，因此，使用本公司研發的24小時在線監測設備，將能有效監控高壓設備的局放情形。 高雄輕軌之TSS2站，裝有本公司的PD Detector，並在22.8kV的模鑄型變壓器上，分別安裝了HFCT、UHF、TEV、UHF四個感測器。透 過多種物理量的專業技術監測，能提高有效偵測局放的準確性，亦確保高壓設備使用無虞，而能延長設備壽命及相關人員安全。

高雄中區污水處理廠由於曾經發生過電纜爆炸，因此迫切需要監測設備來杜絕類似的情形發生。本公司於2017年8月到中污，針對兩台 69kV油浸式及四台配電盤安裝了總共21個感測器，包含16個HFCT及5個TEV。感測器皆透過同軸連接線與同軸開關控制器(Coaxial Switch)連結，以及Multiplexer(用於連接多個感測器)，再連到WinTech Power系統。因此，監測系統藉由感測器蒐集之放電資料，得以 利用WinTech Power判斷高壓設備是否存在局部放電現象，並透過網路連接到資訊中心。

南部科學園區台南園區亦使用本公司局放監測設備，針對35kV電纜線安裝共60個HFCT感測器，20個PD Detector。由於電纜分佈於地 下道，該地道長達2公里，我們於2017年11月花了兩週的時間，分別在地下通道一路的M2至M4站，以及通道二路的M1至M5站分別安 裝我們的產品。為了監測三相電纜，本公司安裝方式為每一電纜連結閘，安裝一組監測設備，其中包含PD Detector加上3個HFCT感測器。
另外，本公司所研發的監測設備亦結合智慧電網，可透過相關數據纜線設備傳輸資料到中控室，便利客戶取得資料及遠端監控。

成浩科電於2016年10月協同江蘇大力城電氣有限公司獲標中國四川成都地鐵公司1號線電纜局部放電檢測工程，工作團隊於11月派遣檢 測工程師數名前往成都現場執行檢測工作。
​ 部份放電（中國）監檢測過去十年多來曾受中國國家政策推動，讓中國一度走在部份放電技術最前線，但由於當時技術水平處於摸索階 段，雖公民營技術導入仍然發生不少電力事故，造成部份放電在內地的信任產生兩極化；本次成浩科電㩦手大力城電氣有限公司，沉潛 在實務驗證上多年，終於以堅強的實力正式首度進入中國市場亮麗登場。
本次檢測，地下電纜預計在2016年12月底前完成； 以多重物理量檢測採集模式，並將現場檢測紀錄數據資料，上傳雲端提供中控室遠程 分析判斷迅速完成檢測報告；將工業4.0智能概念帶入局部放電實務，實現電力設備安全、有效可靠的狀態維護。

Example: Application of Partial Discharge Monitoring Project in Chengdu Metro Line 1,      China

Our advanced techniques applies to clients not only in Taiwan, but also in other countries. Wintech cooperating with Dalicheng Elec. Group won the tender of the partial discharge monitoring project in Chengdu metro line 1 in Oct., 2016. We sent several technicians to Chengdu to conduct the detection. Cooperated with Dalicheng Elec. Group, we detected the power cables by examining multiple physical quantities, and collected data. We then unloaded the data to the cloud to provide Central Control Room with needed data for outputting the monitoring reports. We apply Industry 4.0 concept to the partial discharge experiments to achieve safety on electrical equipment, and reliable maintenance.

Example: the Application of Partial Discharge Monitoring Project in Magong Airport, Penghu, Taiwan

The application of partial discharge (PD) in Magong Airport was our first case in Taiwan, and was completed in Oct., 2016. The PD can be used for 24 hours monitoring under the on-line condition in High-voltage equipment.
Through our advanced intelligent techniques, the data collected from sensors, HFCT, TEV, and UHF as well as Ethernet make it possible for us to monitor the phenomena of partial discharge of power equipment remotely and accurately.
This help engineers can timely control and react any possible issues if there are the unusual phenomena of partial discharge, and thus prevent from any serious loss and danger.
