Design planning | 設計規劃

1. 設計：

• 基本設計。
• 細部設計。
• 取得必要之許可及執照。
• 各項招標文件之準備及協辦招標及決標作業。
• 編製工程預算書及招標文件。

2. 施工監造：

• 監造單位應提報監造計畫書，監造計畫書之內容應包括監造範圍、品質計畫審查作業程序、施工計畫審查作業程序、材料與設備抽驗程序及標準、施工抽查程序及標準等。
• 監造單位於監工人員之派遣，本計畫至少應有一人以上，並應專任，且施工時應在工地執行職務，若未能依規定或有效達成品質管制要求時，甲方得隨時要求更換之。
• 監造單位之技師，應依據工程施工查核小組作業辦法規定，於工程查核時到場說明。
• 監造單位應於開工前，將其符合規定之監工人員之登錄表經機關核定後，由機關填報於工程會資訊網路備查；監工人員異動或工程竣工時，亦同。
• 有關履約界面之協調及整合。
• 契約變更之建議及處理。
• 協助陳報公共工程委員會所需相關表格。
• 竣工相關文件及結算資料之初審核轉。
• 協辦驗收事宜。
• 協辦履約爭議之處理。

3. 其他服務：

• 竣工圖之繪製。
• 設施安全之評估。
• 設施之改善修復建議及督導。

1. Design:

2. Construction supervision:

• Supervision organization should offer supervision project, including the scope of supervision, quality plan review operating procedures, construction plan review operating procedures, materials and equipment sample testing procedures and standards, and sampling procedures and construction standards.
• Supervision organization may provide at least more than one full-time employee, who should be on duty at the site, and in accordance with regulations. Employers keep the authority to replace the employee who fail to obey regulation and requirements.
• According to the IEC standards, a supervision engineer should be present for construction audit.
• Supervision organization may provide Competent Authorities with the list of supervisors before the construction, for making the records in Public Construction Commission (PCC) for reference. Personnel change and construction accomplishments also applies to the procedure.
• Coordination and integration of related compliance on contracts.
• Recommendation for any contract adjustment if needed.
• Assist in submitting required documents to PCC.
• Completion of the relevant documents and billing information at the beginning of the audit turn. Assist in submitting the files of construction accomplishments and settlement for preliminary review.
• Arrange acceptance of work
• Assist in dealing with contracts disputes if needed.
